These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site"), operated by Alvino ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What this Site is
Alvino operates this Site as a personal portfolio and blog, and to run an email waitlist for upcoming projects (for example, the Noxy app). The Site does not process payments or sell products directly.
Alvino is based in Indonesia, and the Site is available to visitors worldwide. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer protection rights you have under the mandatory laws of your own country of residence.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use this Site. If you are under the age of 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), please do not submit any information to this Site.
3. The waitlist and communications
If you join the waitlist, you agree that we may email you about the launch or status of the relevant project. We send launch-related updates only — see our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how to opt out. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to, or a release date for, any product.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features (including bot/abuse protection such as Cloudflare Turnstile)
- Submit false, misleading, or another person's information through any form on the Site
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site in a way that places unreasonable load on it
- Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
We may suspend or block access for anyone who violates these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and code samples — is owned by Alvino or used with permission. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
Any trademarks, product names, or logos referenced on the Site (including third-party platforms we link to) belong to their respective owners.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party sites and services (for example, the App Store, GitHub, or social profiles), and relies on third-party providers to operate (see our Privacy Policy for details). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of third-party sites.
7. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alvino will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
9. Changes to the Site or these Terms
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts instead.
If you access the Site from outside Indonesia, you are responsible for complying with local laws that apply to you.
